In LANXESS' Principles of Corporate Policy, Quality Management is stated as a corporate goal of prime importance ranking equally with cost-efficiency and environmental protection & safety.

The quality management system of LANXESS Material Protection aims to demonstrate the high quality of its products and contributes to addressing new requirements and market developments successfully.

Quality Management means constant development of the quality management system and includes all areas like observance of guaranteed specification parameters, control of production materials and processes, qualified engineering, thorough analysis of intermediate and finished products and appropriate documentation and archives.

Quality Management also means increasing customer satisfaction by specific advice and delivery of high-quality products within the specified deadline, meeting our customers’ necessary requirements.

Quality Management is a task which is of particular importance to the General Management of LANXESS Material Protection. Strong commitment to Quality Management is required at all levels of the hierarchy.

Quality relies to an important extent on the motivation and performance of the employees. The work of each individual contributes to the quality of products and services, cooperative teamwork between the organisational units being a major factor in increasing quality consciousness. Every employee has the right and duty to point out deficiencies and to suggest improvements.
